In this workshop there will hands-on moments. We will be using the figures to make a big under-the-sea setting and a small summer-themed frame.
Bio – Sabina Kellner:
Sabina has dedicated her life to balloons. She has been active in the art of balloon sculpturing since 1998. In 2013 Sabina quit her first job as a cityplanner and became completely self-employed as a balloon artist.
While at the beginning her focus was on making wonderfully detailed small figures, she has developed into an excellent designer of life-size-exhibitions and decors.
Workshops and exhibitions have taken her to over 20 countries worldwide.
She has invented many new figures and techniques (most well known - "loop weaving" technique) and therefore took international prizes, including 1st, 2nd and 3rd place at European balloonconventions.
